HEEL TURNRETRO WRESTLING

Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

This policy covers the game Heel Turn: Retro Wrestling for iPhone and Android, made by PSG Labs in Canada. It explains what the game sends us, why, and how to stop it.

The short version: there is no account, no ads and nothing to buy. The game never asks for your name, email, contacts, photos or location. It sends anonymous information about how the game is played and any errors it hits, so we can make it better. You can turn that off in Options → Share usage data.

What the game sends

While Share usage data is on (it is on when you install), the game sends:

What the game does not send

We do not sell this information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Why we collect it

To see where new players get stuck or stop playing, to find and fix errors, and to decide what to improve next. We look at it in totals and trends, not person by person.

Who handles it

The usage information is sent to PostHog, an analytics service, which stores it for us on servers in the United States. PostHog only processes it on our behalf. We keep it for as long as it helps us improve the game, and delete it when it no longer does.

Apple and Google run the stores you download the game from. If you have agreed in your phone's settings to share crash reports and diagnostics with app developers, Apple or Google may pass anonymous crash reports about the game on to us. That is covered by their privacy policies and your phone's settings.

Your saved game

Your career, settings and progress are saved only on your phone. They are not uploaded to us. Deleting the game deletes them.

Your choices

Children

Heel Turn is made for players of all ages, including children under 13. Children are treated exactly like everyone else: the game never asks anyone for their name, email or any other personal information, and it has no ads, no chat, no purchases and no links out to other apps.

The only identifier the game uses is the random install number described above. It is used solely to keep the game working and to improve it: to count how players move through the game, to see where they get stuck, and to find and fix errors. It is never used for advertising, never used to build a profile of a player, never used to contact anyone, and never sold or shared except with PostHog, which processes it for us under these same limits.

A parent can switch Share usage data off in Options at any time, and nothing more is sent. If a child emails us and includes personal information, or a parent wants to ask about their child's data, write to support@heelturngame.com and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change affects what the game collects, the game's store listing will say so too.
